When Dula joined our herd we quickly realized calling her Lavender wouldn’t stick because one of our formidable amazing LGDs who protect our goats is also called Lavender! Lavendula is a genus name for Lavender plants, and that has quickly been shortened to Dula.

Dula comes to us from the Old Washoe herd to join our herd in participating in ADGA Performance Programs. Lavender “Dula” will be a first freshener here with us, so photos will trickle in as she freshens and begins working hard at Quaking Canopy Farm!
